Sheila is an award-winning art director and designer specializing in visual storytelling for young readers and adult trade audiences. With over 25 years of industry leadership, she previously served as Creative Director for the Young Readers divisions of both Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Little, Brown and Company. Her extensive portfolio spans children's trade and brand publishing—including picture books, board books, and graphic novels—as well as young adult fiction and adult trade books.
